HandballPROShop is only responsible for those shipped and handled by us and our shipping companies. Keep the label and the original packaging in case you need to provide evidence to the transport company.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period* of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to make an exchange or a return. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and brand new (factory original product). We do not accept returns of products that have been used, unsealed/unlabeled and/or stamped.
*During the Christmas period we have an extended exchange period until January 15th for purchases from November 20th.
The refund is made on the amount of the product, shipping costs are not refunded.
