EXCHANGE AND RETURN
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period* of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to make an exchange or a return. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and brand new (factory original product). We do not accept returns of products that have been used, unsealed/unlabeled and/or stamped.
*During the Christmas period we have an extended exchange period until January 15th for purchases from November 20th.
The refund is made on the amount of the product, shipping costs are not refunded.

Once we receive the package we will transfer the refund to the same card with which you made the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. Do not use the product packaging directly. Wrap the product previously with a bag or paper or, failing that, a box or shipping bag. In the case of an international shipment, if you want to refuse the package for any reason, the total shipping cost will be deducted from the refund (shipping company charge plus return shipping costs of the package), plus the cost of customs.
